Earlier I posted about using "What If" as an opener to the 09-10 School Year.

An initial draft of this tweaked presentation can be found here. The idea behind the presentation is to get staff excited for the new school year, excited for the new (and old) technology resources available to them, and to basically just get them thinking about actual technology implementation and usage in the classroom.
